Check out this edit from my summer of training. Hopefully it will inspire you to get out there and get active. Preparing for the winter season isn’t just about saving all the precious pennies to pay for your season pass and beers at apres ski. If you also wish to through yourself in the balls deep powder then you need to build your strength. There are a variety of ways to do this, getting to the the gym and focusing on the weights is of course one fail safe method, howeever if you, like myself love the outdoors then there is no better gym than natures. Yoga, running and biking are just a few of my fun and free suggestions.
